Job Description:

I have a client in the IT Healthcare Education space that offers online classroom instruction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP and PAs). They need to hire a Director of Education. This individual will be responsible for providing oversight, development, and deployment of new programs specifically for training Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs).

The Director of Education will work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations, the VP of Sales, the VP of Marketing, and the Directors of Clinical Operations and Client Success and the Assistant Director(s) to oversee ongoing program maintenance and ensure timely launch of new programs in accordance with objectives outlined and approved by the President and CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program development for future programs utilizing new and existing resources
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to understand the current state of APP Transition to Practice to continuously refine programs
  • Lead, manage, and develop program speakers to maintain the high ratings and reviews of the program while continuing to be ambassadors of the organization.
  • Collaborate with program coordinator(s) to maintain program logistics, operations, and metrics of current acute care programs.
  • Actively engage with the daily use of organizational technology such as the learning management system and the customer relations management service.
  • Other duties as assigned by the executive team in efforts to grow, scale, and automate various facets of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Must have practiced as Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) clinically for at least 5 years
  • Must have previous leadership experience as Advanced Practice Provider (3+ years)
  • Must have experience in developing course/curriculum for instructing Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Must have experience teaching course work either in person or remotely (3+ years)
  • Proficient in instructional best practices such as lesson planning, assessments, student data analysis, and the creation of strong classroom climates
  • Able to confidently give constructive, positive feedback to people of diverse professional and personal backgrounds

Education:

  • Master’s or higher Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

In this role you will be an important asset to the sales team and will be responsible for case cover in both the Interventional and OR surgical suites. .   • Execute clinical training programs and participating in continuous program improvement
  • Onsite customer support to manage account patient workflow and improve operating room efficiency

My client is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of capital/consumables used in the acute care setting for infection prevention. They are the market leader in their space and sell their products all over the world.

This role is to successfully manage a territory promoting the company’s capital/consumables products to meet established sales objectives and goals in an ethical manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute an interactive, strategic, and tactical territory Sales Plan; including: Master Sales plan, Gap Analysis, Marketing and Educational plans.
  • Achieve sales forecast objectives for all products, to include capital equipment and related disposables.
  • Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and make presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others necessary to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Create and/or implement custom in-field promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision maker.
  • Establish and control territory operating budget Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Support the development of in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence and develop a close working relationship with the course director and facility.
  • Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training and provide classroom or in-field training to new hires as needed.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
  • Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.
  • Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years of Acute Care experience required.
  • Capital sales experience is required.
  • Experience calling on Environmental Services, C-Suite, IDN/GPO preferred.
  • Must be able to show documented success in form of brag book.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and other popular business software desirable

Education B.S./B.A. from an accredited university required.

Position Summary:

Great opportunity for a Registered Dietitian, CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist), or Nurse with Diabetes Experience. My client is one of the most progressive companies in the Diabetes marketplace and has won numerous awards for their design of their Exclusive Medical Device used in the treatment of patients that have Diabetes.

The Clinical Specialist–Diabetes will work with the local Sales Representative by providing clinical education and product support directly to the end-user. This will encompass initial patient training, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for my client’s primary Diabetes Products. The goal of this role is to maintain the highest quality of care for patients, increasing referrals and sustaining patients on their product.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Educates and trains new and existing patients on the company’s Medical Device
  • Works with local Sales Representative to achieve sales goals
  • Promotes the benefits of the Medical Device

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years experience training and/or managing diabetes patients

Education:

  • Licensed Healthcare Professional
  • Registered Dietitians or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES)

or

  • BSN with diabetes experience
