Position Summary:

Great opportunity for a Registered Dietitian, CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist), or Nurse with Diabetes Experience. The Clinical Specialist–Diabetes will work with the local Sales Representative by providing clinical education and product support directly to the end-user. This will encompass initial patient training, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for my client’s primary Diabetes Products. The goal of this role is to maintain the highest quality of care for patients, increasing referrals and sustaining patients on their product.

Position Responsibilities:

Experience:

They are looking for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for achieving sales quota through profiling, targeting, needs analysis and closing on targeted account customers

Responsibilities:

The Territory Manager is responsible for the development, management and growth of the healthcare professional recommendation to achieve sales and market share growth.

The Territory Manager will expand business and brand loyalty within strategic accounts consisting of private practice, large diabetes clinics, hospital teaching institutions, and other major medical centers. He/she will call on customers to raise their level of awareness and increase the demand of my client’s product line within their defined geographic territory.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience consisting of:

This role is an integral member of the Customer Success Team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing new clients and up selling additional products via the phone and also site visits as needed. This could lead to a 100% out sales role where the top reps earn $200k+.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop customer intimacy by building executive relationships and understanding key business challenges, value drivers and goals
  • Drive current customer expansion through identification of growth opportunities
  • Present and demo the patient safety and business benefits of my client’s solutions through individual and committee meeting channels.
  • Effectively partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive customer value by maximizing benefits of Company's product portfolio and providing best-in-class customer service.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to share customer feedback and define areas for future product development.
  • Accurately and timely forecast, monitor, and post sales activities within the assigned region.
  • Plan, prioritize, lead, and track all sales cycle events.
  • Build and maintain a clinical and technical knowledge expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in the telecommunications, hardware/software, or hospital sector required.
  • IT/SaaS experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, particularly in building effective executive relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely connect with collaborators regardless of medium (in person, phone, email, or video conference).
  • Ability to develop multi-departmental hospital middle management executive champions at the account and IDN level.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills — able to work simultaneously on multiple high priority tasks with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Must have an execution core mentality with the support of a self-motivated desire to learn technical platforms and build success pathways to overcome obstacles.
  • Experience with pricing principles and sales practices in SaaS business environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, business planning, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute an interactive, strategic, and tactical territory Sales Plan; including: Master Sales plan, Gap Analysis, Marketing and Educational plans.
  • Achieve sales forecast objectives for all products, to include capital equipment and related disposables.
  • Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and make presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others necessary to achieve territory sales objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

· Coordinate in-service programs at various customer sites.
· Implement support programs to teach customers and potential customers about the approved uses of Company’s Medical’s products.

· Interface with physicians and clinicians involved in the implementation of targeted temperature management.

· Manage expenses and travel in a judicious manner.

 

Experience:

Looking for either Cardiovasular Tech or RN with EP or Cath Lab experience

Willing to consider ICU RN also · High-level presentation skills.

Position Summary:

Great opportunity for a Registered Dietitian, CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist), or Nurse with Diabetes Experience. The Clinical Specialist–Diabetes will work with the local Sales Representative by providing clinical education and product support directly to the end-user. This will encompass initial patient training, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for my client’s primary Diabetes Products. The goal of this role is to maintain the highest quality of care for patients, increasing referrals and sustaining patients on their product.

District Sales Manager –Medical Device/Disruptive Technology

This technology has enabled our client to become #1 in their market in the US. They simply cannot keep up with demand and are expanding again.

They are looking to hire a District Sales Manager to lead a team consisting of (10-12) Sales representatives and Clinical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the strategy to achieve/manage District business targets. It will include coaching, developing, and managing this sales team to meet and exceed the company’s sales objectives and cultivate/maintain customer relationships.


Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes against strategic regional business plans to assure sustainable and profitable business results.
  • Is self-directed in working with their sales team to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Assures their sales team solves the business need of customer not just the sales of the product.
  • Builds and leverages relationships at all levels and networks both internally and externally to achieve desired results.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal team members and external contacts based on trust and communication.

Experience:

  • 7+ years Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years First Line Sales Management Experience required.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%

They are looking for a Clinical Specialist that will be responsible regionally for case support. You will be working alongside neurosurgeons in surgery as they use a state of the art – proprietary piece of equipment that is changing the way patients are being treated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for in-servicing and training my client’s new and existing customers on all products. This includes new product in-service, follow-up training, trade show support and other educational activities.
  • Timely communication is the key in the job.
  • You are the eyes/ears of sales/marketing/clinical for my client.
  • They expect honest feedback so that they can adjust as needed to their customer’s needs.
  • Flexibility is also important. You may be asked to cover a territory outside your region.
  • This is not a driving job. You will spend 1-3 nights per week traveling overnight.
