Job Description:
• The role of Field Clinical Specialist Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Specialist team located in the Western U.S, drive clinical excellence through leadership, coaching and developing the clinical specialist team to its highest potential.

- My client has a disruptive technology used in the detection of cancer. They need to hire a FT Clinical Specialist to provide case coverage, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service and education for my client’s products.
Position Responsibility:
- Maintains current knowledge about assigned products and services as well as competitive products and disease states.
- Attends internal/external education meetings and reads appropriate professional journals to maintain and enhance skills and clinical competency.
- Provides availability for assignments providing clinical support and training for my client’s products.
- Stays current on the latest clinical data relating to all of my client’s products.
- Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to products and therapies. This is achieved by coordinating: one-on-one sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
Experience/Requirements
- RN, PA, NP or similar clinical credentialing required.
- Must be licensed Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with at least 5 + years working in the acute care space.
