Position Summary:
Great opportunity for a Registered Dietitian, CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist), or Nurse with Diabetes Experience. My client is one of the most progressive companies in the Diabetes marketplace and has won numerous awards for their design of their Exclusive Medical Device used in the treatment of patients that have Diabetes.
The Clinical Specialist–Diabetes will work with the local Sales Representative by providing clinical education and product support directly to the end-user. This will encompass initial patient training, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for my client’s primary Diabetes Products. The goal of this role is to maintain the highest quality of care for patients, increasing referrals and sustaining patients on their product.

- Educates and trains new and existing patients on the company’s Medical Device
- Works with local Sales Representative to achieve sales goals
- Promotes the benefits of the Medical Device
Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience training and/or managing diabetes patients
Education:
- Licensed Healthcare Professional
- Registered Dietitians or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES)
or
- BSN with diabetes experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Call on OB-GYNs in a defined territory selling FIRST IN CLASS Products used in the office environment.
- Present the newest data concerning clinical efficacy and healthcare reimbursement to drive adoption.
- Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and make presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others necessary to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Create and implement custom in-field promotional programs.
- Establish and control territory operating budget Provide technical product support in office setting (not OR) as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
- Support the development of in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence.
- Plan and conduct educational programs at local and regional level.
- Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
- Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.
- Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience consisting of
- Outside B2B sales or Pharm (light) or Medical Device (light) sales experience
- Strong HUNTER Mentality and candidates that are passionate about women's health.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Required. B.S./B.A.

They are looking for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for achieving sales quota through profiling, targeting, needs analysis and closing on targeted account customers
Responsibilities:
The Territory Manager is responsible for the development, management and growth of the healthcare professional recommendation to achieve sales and market share growth.
The Territory Manager will expand business and brand loyalty within strategic accounts consisting of private practice, large diabetes clinics, hospital teaching institutions, and other major medical centers. - Establish and control territory operating budget Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
- Support the development of in-field training programs for regional centers of excellence and develop a close working relationship with the course director and facility.
- Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training and provide classroom or in-field training to new hires as needed.
- Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
- Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.
- Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years of Acute Care experience required.
- Capital sales experience is required.
- Experience calling on Environmental Services, C-Suite, IDN/GPO preferred.
- Must be able to show documented success in form of brag book.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and other popular business software desirable
Education B.S./B.A. from an accredited university required.
