Oncology Territory Manager in Boston

My client has a disruptive technology used in the diagnosis of cancer. They need to hire an Oncology Territory Manager to call on Medical Oncology.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus targeted sales activity on high-end revenue, volume opportunities, and on Community Based Oncology and Surgery practices
  • Call on National and Regional Key Opinion leaders in the leading academic medical center and community hospital to sell a proprietary test used to detect various cancers.
  • Develop and implement an effective territory business plan to drive revenue.
  • Deliver attend regional and national training programs, conventions, and symposia.
  • Using your knowledge of oncology, you will leverage regional Field Science Liaison counterparts to share effective scientific presentations to customers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Science degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of diagnostics or medical sales experience required.
  • Life sciences, molecular diagnostics, or medical oncology experience are strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 50% travel required within sales region, as well as corporate meetings, trade shows and special events
